Magnesium Citrate is a form of Magnesium that is bound to a citrate molecule and is regarded as one of the most absorbable forms of Magnesium. MagCitra tablets provide 300mg of elemental Magnesium. The word “elemental” refers the amount of Magnesium actually absorbed by the body.

Adults and children over 12 years of age, two tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach†. Adults can increase up to three tablets daily if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
