Returns and Refunds

This applies to items purchased from HealthAid.co.uk, all returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. If you receive your order and it was damaged or the wrong product was sent by us, within 14 days of the date you received the item, return it unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Be advised, our policy does not include free returns unless the item is deemed faulty or an incorrect product has been dispatched.

Returning items to us under this policy is simple. Carefully follow the instructions outlined in the section below.

How to return an item you have ordered?

Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation like reason for returning products, Order details etc.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.

How long does it take to get refund?

Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. Generally credit refunds are processed within 5-7 days but may take up to 30 days for the credit to show up on your account depending on your financial institution.

Any customs fees or additional duties due will be paid by the customer. HealthAid® will not be held liable for any customs charges, fees or other additional delivery charges.
